We are interviewing for two positions: Status: Full Time, Employee Outside Sales Executives experienced in selling quality windows, doors, moulding & hardware to new construction high-end clients. We are also interviewing an active Selling Manager to develop a sales team. We provide EXCELLENT LEADS for those candidates experienced with our industry. These candidates must be skilled in working with construction companies, builders, architects, manufacturers, home remodeling, or private homeowners who need to be represented by an experienced professional selling windows & doors. Experience / Requirements • No less than 3 years Outside Sales experience in selling Windows, Doors, Hardware and Moulding. PLEASE apply if you have experience with the construction industry. • Experience in consulting with Architects, Builders, Contractors and Homeowners. • You must have excellent PRESENTATION and COMMUNICATION skills in dealing with clients. • Must be able to PROSPECT new clients/leads. • Candidates that have a design, building, or construction background a plus! • Must be able to go to our corporate office in TORRANCE a least 3 times a week (we do not accept applications outside Southern CA. • Candidate must have the ability to calculate figures, such as factors, percentages, fractions and measurements. • A stable work history is vital. Computer Experience Required • Expert Skills in packaged software including Kolbe, Lincoln, Marvin, Milgard • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel Education • High School diploma • College Degree preferred Compensation • Base salary, plus commission on profits earned • Medical benefits • Paid vacation • Paid holidays • Mileage allowance
