Shipping / Delivery Orders are received and processed daily, Monday through Friday, at Framed Openings. It generally takes 2 business days to fill each order unless an item is back-ordered. Back-ordered means we’ve sold out our stock, but have ordered more. Back-ordered items generally take 3 weeks. We will notify you, via e-mail, of items that are back-ordered. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, it will be your responsibility to notify us of your decision. Framed Openings will notify you by e-mail when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped when complete. If one of the items you order is on back-order, we will hold all items until the back-ordered item is received. We will ship items separately if you request us to do so, but there will be an additional shipping cost associated with the separation of an order. All orders requested shipped to an address different from the cardholder’s address will be sent subject to confirmation by Framed Openings and may be delayed by 1 business day. Framed Openings will insure. If damage occurs during shipping, customer should notify the shipper, either UPS or USPS, as all items shipped for their replacement value prior to shipment. Returns Framed Openings accepts returns but requires written notification within 7 day of receipt of the merchandise by you. You must contact Framed Openings and we will provide you with a return authorization code. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping cost AND INSURANCE for the merchandise returned. Customers will be refunded their entire purchase cost, including standard shipping.
